For those who have requested bus transport, below are the locations & times that the buses will be collecting you from.

Bus 1 – 48PAX

2.20pm Hermitage Lodge 4PAX - Bus pickup from Carpark

2.25pm Leisure Inn 2PAX - Reception pickup

2.35pm Oaks Cypress Lakes 7PAX - Reception pickup

2.50pm Spicers 35PAX- Reception Pick up

Guest arrival McGuigan House - 3pm

Bus 2 – 52PAX

2.30pm Rydges 16PAX - Reception Pickup

2.40pm Mercure HV Gardens 4PAX - Reception pickup

2.45pm Harrigans 2PAX- Bus bay in carpark pickup

2.50pm Spicers 30PAX- Reception Pick up

Guest arrival McGuigan House - 3pm

Bus 3 - 16 PAX

2.40PM- 138 Mistletoe Road - 2 PAX

2.45pm Bernbell – 4PAX -Roadside pick up

2.50pm Estate Tuscany 10PAX – Roadside pick up

Guest arrival McGuigan House - 3pm

11:15pm return guests to previous locations

(Note those staying at Tuscany Estate to take Bus 1 at end of the night)

A quick note: Please arrive 5 minutes early. No food, drinks, smoking, or vaping on board. If you miss the bus, you’ll need to make your own way to the venue - so don’t be late!

Recovery Shuttle Bus

As there is no parking at the venue, we will have 2 x shuttle buses running from Spicers Hotel & Hunter Valley Gardens Shopping Centre transporting guests to & from the property between 10am-2pm. Please arrive at either pickup location any time between 10am-12pm & await the bus arrival; they will be making round trips, so there might be a short wait for the bus to arrive. 

Bus 1: Spicers to McGuigan House

We will be doing round trips to shuttle everyone to & from the venue, so please arrive from 10am & wait in reception for the bus to collect you.

Approx 20 min round trip.

Bus 2: Hunter Valley Gardens to McGuigan House

Please arrive from 10am and wait in the bus bay next to Cellars.
