Final Details For Our Wedding

The countdown is officially on! We’re beyond excited to celebrate with you, and here are a few reminders and finer details to help you get ready for our big day.

GUEST TRANSPORT

For those who have requested bus transport, below are the locations & times that the buses will be collecting you from.

VIEW SCHEDULE

Return buses will begin departing from the venue at 11:15PM.

A quick note: Please arrive 5 minutes early. No food, drinks, smoking, or vaping on board. If you miss the bus, you’ll need to make your own way to the venue - so don’t be late!

GUEST PARKING

Please note there is no guest parking at our wedding venue. Please ensure you have a pickup time scheduled above- if not, please contact our planners hello@palomaevents.co

GIFTS

The best gift we could ask for is your company at our wedding. However, should you wish to help us celebrate with a gift we ask that you contribute to our wishing well.

RECOVERY BRUNCH

The day after our wedding,we will be hosting a chilled-out morning back at McGuigan House to refuel and relax! We’ll have food and coffee to revive you, and drinks to keep things going. It’s super casual — bring your swimmers if you feel like a dip or to wash off the hangover. 

As there is no parking at the venue, we will have 2 x shuttle buses running from Spicers Hotel & Hunter Valley Gardens Shopping Centre transporting guests to & from the property between 10am-2pm. Please arrive at either pickup location any time between 10am-12pm & await the bus arrival; they will be making round trips, so there might be a short wait for the bus to arrive.
